TransLink, which operates a large, multi-modal and fully integrated transit system in the Metro Vancouver area with more than 6,400 employees and 1.2 million passenger boarding each day, used K2 to automate its entire capital process, from project initiation to closure. Dynamic Management Solutions, a K2 Partner, built the initial 11 applications and provided training to TransLink staff, so they can continue to build new applications on their own.
Effective, transparent communication was a key factor to ensure that the video marketing strategy was translated into action. In addition to working with K2, War Room Inc. also worked closely with Translink throughout the video production process. By consistently coordinating and interacting with Translink, War Room Inc. demonstrated a well-defined process that benefited all three parties in making sure the right ideas and concepts were incorporated in the video. Through a live action and animated video, War Room Inc. clearly outlined the significance of an efficient TransLink system made possible by K2’s business applications and the importance of TransLink in the life of the people who live in Vancouver, BC.
All in all, the project proved to be a great success as War Room executed their service with accuracy and precision. “Our whole C-Level team from CEO to CMO saw the video and everyone loved it!
