qopy - "Take the web with you"

LOS ANGELES - Aug. 13, 2013 - PRLog -- 848Five today announced its first app for the Mac App Store due late August 2013. qopy is an application that simplifies the users life when it comes to viewing websites on all your devices by providing the ability to transfer a URL from your Mac to your iOS device, or any other smartphone.

 

Simply copy the URL from the browser or any other application and click on the qopy icon located in the OSX status bar. A QR code is generated instantly which you can scan using any smartphone, using any QR code reader. qopy also provides the user with unique code that can be entered through the qopy web app for users that do not have QR code reading capabilities.

 

Use qopy to transfer URL's to your mobile and tablet devices. Simply copy the URL, using command-c or right click then copy, and then just click on the qopy icon located in the osx menu bar. qopy will provide you with a unique QR code to scan as well as a unique qopy code. Then use any smartphone/device to scan the QR Code or enter the code using our free web app. No more typing long URL's on your mobile and tablet devices!

 

You can also download qopyMate on any iOS device, if you prefer not to use our free web app. qopyMate gives you the ability to scan or enter your qopy code which will then instantly take you to your URL using your native mobile browser!
