Rozek, II, Executive Director, Homeland Security and Counterterrorism, Microsoft Corporation --Kay Stephenson, Co-founder, President & CEO, Datamaxx Group, Inc. --Bob Turner, President, CommSys Steve Ambrosini, executive director of the IJIS Institute said, “We are especially pleased with the election of the four new directors, all of whom are experienced executives in the information technology industry with substantial knowledge of the justice, public safety, and homeland security missions. We look forward to their direction and guidance on the strategic interests of the Institute.” At its first meeting, the Board elected Michael Davis, Appriss, as the new Chairman of the Board and elected David Usery, URL Integration, as the new Vice Chairman. George Cruser, IBM, continues as Treasurer, while Matthew D’Alessandro, Motorola Solutions, was elected as Secretary. The four officers and an at-large member, Kay Stephenson, DataMaxx Group, along with executive director Steve Ambrosini, will serve on the Executive Committee of the Board.
