A number of local businesses will be open on Sunday, highlighting the wide diversity and eclectic mix of independent traders Langport has to offer.
Organised by Marc and Beau from Thai Tum, Susan from Lafleure Interiors, with the support of Langport’s Town Council and Langport Area Business Group, the party aims to demonstrate Langport’s indomitable spirit in the face of adversity.
There will be food to suit all tastes. In the Town Square, Thai Tum will be organising a Pad Thai noodle stall for lovers of Asian cuisine and a BBQ for those with more traditional tastes. A Beer Tent selling speciality beers and ciders as well as a wide range of beverages will be there to complete your lunch time enjoyment. There will be live music courtesy of Langport’s more talented denizens.
If the sun shines, you can also enjoy some of the lovely riverside walks and all that Langport has to offer.

Thai Tum : Head Chef Beau has been cooking in her family restaurants in Bangkok and North-Eastern Thailand since she was twelve. She won’t let tell you how many years that is but it is a few! Her specialties include Isaan cuisine and hawker dishes . As opposed to Thai Royal cuisine, this is the street food, the real food, of Thailand. Accordingly this is the style of Thai food served at THAI TUM.
Her Sous Chef Marc, married her ten years ago and is still waiting to be promoted! He has spent eight of those years in Thailand where he learnt a little Thai and a lot about Thai food. He is usually at hand to help you make informed choices about your meal and loves to talk about food in general. Thai Tum aims to bring you a unique dining experience
