New Vice-President of Client Services joins Mississauga Halton CCAC

ETOBICOKE, Ontario - Aug. 13, 2013 - PRLog -- Mississauga, Ont. – Caroline Brereton, CEO, Mississauga Halton Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) is pleased to introduce a new member of the executive team, David Fry, BSc (OT), MHSc (Health Administration).

 

 “This is great news for our patients and caregivers who rely on our organization for health care at home services. David brings expertise in acute care and possesses proven skills to negotiate and build key partnerships with stakeholders across the health-care spectrum.” says Ms Brereton.

 

David Fry brings more than 15 years of health care leadership experience to his new role as Vice-President of Client Services at the Mississauga Halton CCAC. He has worked in clinical and leadership positions in hospital and home and community care settings with particular interest in the area of mental health care delivery. Most recently, he was the Director of Client Services, Ontario Association of Community Care Access Centres.

 

His educational background includes a bachelor of science in occupational therapy and a master of health science in health administration from the University of Toronto.

 

The Mississauga Halton CCAC coordinates in-home and community support services, information and referral, and long-term care placement. It is funded by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care through the Mississauga Halton Local Health Integration Network (MH LHIN) and serves a population of more than one-million residents in the communities of South Etobicoke, Mississauga, Oakville, Halton Hills and Milton.
