SeXercise Welcomes Lizen Yumang-Gilligan

Lizen Yumang-Gilligan is currently a fitness and nutritional coach, but her success stems from much more than just the knowledge it takes to work in fitness. Lizen's passion comes from within, and she prides herself on the over 100 lbs. she has lost. Not only that, but Lizen is a working, single mother of two - something a lot of women can relate to and the fitness struggles that come with balancing it all. SeXercise believes her confidence, determination, passion and partnership with Dr. Venus will lead to even more SeXercise success.

It takes a strong and passionate person to overcome personal struggles and turn them into a successful career, and SeXercise's very own Dr.Venus is excited to team up with such a strong individual. Dr.Venus is coaching Lizen to help her to achieve yet another goal as a physique competitor.
