John Smith, MS, PT, Cert MDT, TPI-CGFI recently joined the team at SSOR. John has been a physical therapist for 10 years, specializing in orthopedic and sports rehab as well as industrial rehab. John also brings a specific skill set to SSOR. He is certified in the McKenzie method, a systematic approach used to treat back and neck pain. Furthermore, John is a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor through the Titleist Performance Institute. Being a Titleist instructor provides his patients who are golfers a specific, targeted approach to either their rehabilitation or as personal training.
Owner of SSOR, Dr. Dan Lorenz, is thrilled to have John as a part of the staff. “John and I have worked together previously, and in that time, I realized he is a gifted physical therapist and a family man. I’m really excited to add John to our staff, particularly because of his skill set that adds to the expertise of our other PT’s.” Dr. Lorenz added that John is passionate patient care and finding the cause of his patient’s condition, not just treatments with short-term benefit. Lorenz added that John looks forward to earning the confidence of his patients.
SSOR opened in April of 2012 and now has three licensed physical therapists.
They are located at 133rd
