"Stuff the Bus" Program from 1st Security Bank Seeks School Supplies

All 7 Branches Participating in Support of Various Non-Profit Organizations; Public Invited to Help Local Kids

SEATTLE - Aug. 8, 2013 - PRLog -- The Puget Sound branches of 1st Security Bank are collecting school supplies for various area schools, school districts and organizations.

From backpacks and binders to crayons, paper and pencils, all kinds of new school supplies will be put to use in neighborhood communities. A complete list of supplies is available on the bank’s website, www.fsbwa.com.

“We are excited to expand our effort this year to include all our branch locations,” said Joe Adams, CEO. “Our employees are making a big commitment to do all they can to assist children who need help getting ready for school.”

Each branch is collecting the supplies for an individual school or organization. The list includes: Edmonds (Hilltop Elementary), Capitol Hill (Mary’s Place), Lynnwood (Cedar Way Elementary), Poulsbo (Pearson Elementary) and Puyallup (St. Francis House). Canyon Park (Northshore School District) and Overlake (Hopelink) have recently completed their drives.

In addition to supplies, cash or check donations can also be made at each branch.
