Michigan Fertility Center 3rd Annual Baby Reunion, Celebrates Nearly 1,700 Babies Born

TROY, Mich. - Aug. 12, 2013 - PRLog -- TROY, MI – Reproductive Medicine Associates of Michigan (RMA of Michigan) will hold its annual Baby Reunion on Saturday, August 17 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Clawson Park located at 1098 N. Bywood Ave. Clawson, MI 48017. This marks the 3rd annual celebration for couples and individuals that have successfully completed fertility treatment. This event allows former patients to reconnect with the physicians and staff that played an integral role in their care.

“The popularity of this event has allowed us to make it an annual event. Patients truly look forward to this event all year,” said Dr. Brad Miller, Managing Partner at RMA of Michigan.

The event features a BBQ lunch, trackless train rides, face painting and glitter tattoos for children. The Campbell family is among those that have attended all of the reunions: Sarah, Tom and two of their IVF successes.

“My family looks forward to the annual RMA Baby Reunion,” says Sarah. “It's wonderful to be surrounded by so many success stories and shows us just how much the doctors, nurses, and staff of RMA care about and are committed to their patients.”

Fertility treatment at RMA of Michigan--from basic intrauterine insemination (IUI) to leading edge options such as IVF and ICSI that resulted in nearly 1,700 babies since the fertility clinic was founded in Troy in 2006.

A pregnant fertility patient is usually released to her OBGYN after eight weeks of pregnancy, so the Baby Reunion allows the clinic doctors and staff the opportunity to reunite and celebrate with these new moms and dads.

“At one time most of these patients had little hope of having a baby. To see these families return with their babies is such a remarkable feeling,” said Dr. Lynda Wolf, Partner at RMA of Michigan.
