Admitted to the West Virginia Bar in 1985, she works as Special Counsel with Bowles Rice McDavid Graff & Love, LLP in Charleston, where she specializes in employee benefits, ERISA, executive compensation, retirement, and taxation. Clarke’s published works are in areas of taxation, regulation, book reviews (Financial Planning Magazine), and divorce (Paw Luxuries Magazine).
