Waves of Change is expanding and adding two Clinical Social Workers to the Team!

CARY, N.C. - Aug. 6, 2013 - PRLog -- Waves of Change, a Counseling, Hypnotherapy, and Wellness center in Cary, North Carolina is proud to welcome two Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW’s) Jessica Bertz, and Emily Freeman.  Both Social Workers bring to Waves of Change extensive experience counseling diverse populations.  Jennifer’s approach is an eclectic, solution-focused approach to therapy.  With a love for family systems theory she draws on various therapeutic techniques including, Experiential, Interpersonal, Expressive Arts, Dialectical Behavioral (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Bibliotherapy, and Psychodynamic therapy.  Emily’s counseling approach likewise is eclectic, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Mindfulness, Meditation, and Substance Abuse Treatment.  She uses CBT interventions with a Family Systems perspective.   As part of the Waves of Change expansion and growth, we have added these two accomplished counselors to more fully provide services to the growing population of the region and particularly the elder members of our community.
