New York City Female Entrepreneurs Band Together !

NEW YORK - Aug. 6, 2013 - PRLog -- On August 4^th the group launched their first session at The Picnic Market and Cafe located on the Upper Westside. They indulged in an upscale brunch and summer cocktails. The millennial generation is full of creative innovators who work to create their brands outside of the 9-5 world.

The concept was birthed by Raven Robinson owner of Pr2Politics a public relations company and Nagela Dales, Owner of Silver Lining Creative, an events company. The duo met at a networking mixer  and immediately hit it off. Both have a love for building campaigns that revolved around social good. As they sat together and decided how they would infuse their skills they decided their first event should involve  social good. What better than to have a forum with their peers and share resources they wished people would have offered them when they started their business ? The first event was a huge hit and the duo was able to obtain sponsorship from corporations such as OPI, HINT Water, Entrepreneur Magazine,  Oscar Blandi, Saving Face and SonarardFlix Photography. Attendees were provided a free-headshot voucher which will come in handy because every professional needs a headshot! Raven and Nagela hope to inspire young women and give  them the confidence and resources they need to start and maintain their business.
