The Rice Group Names Chris Webb Director of Internet Marketing

TUCSON, Ariz. - Aug. 5, 2013 - PRLog -- As Director of Internet Marketing I will assist the group and individual agents with their online presence. Chris will coach agents on a course of action for internet marketing and branding. Chris specializes in developing marketing material for immediate connections to their current clients and customers as well as the attraction of new business. 

• Develop, manage and coordinate all online marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
• Identify trends by researching the real estate and mortgage industry and related events, publications, and announcements; track individual contributors and their accomplishments.
• Analyze customer research, current market conditions, and competitor information.
• Develop and manage pages on social networking websites and popular technology sites that increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the site.
• Promote and integrate social media activities internally and externally.
• Develop and publish internal strategies for social media projects and technologies.
• Protect organization's online presence.
• Monitor, review, and report on all online marketing activity and results 
• Identify marketing opportunities by contacting potential partners; develop business alliances.
• Close new business deals with potential real estate offices, real estate agents, and loan officers by meeting with them and showing them how to improve their online presence.
• Establish and cultivate positive relationships with loan officers, real estate agents, and consumers.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Determine and manage the Internet marketing budget.

Chris is currently working as a Consultant at YouSocial Marketing & Consulting. He will maintain his role as Owner and Consultant of YouSocial and continue to look for new clients.
