Scottsdale Concierge Medical Practice Celebrates Ten Years of Business

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Aug. 5, 2013 - PRLog -- August 5, 2013 — Dr. Susan Wilder, founder of the Scottsdale concierge medical practice LifeScape Premier and Scottsdale family practice LifeScape Medical Associates announces the launch of a ten week health and wellness community challenge leading up to the practice’s tenth anniversary this October. The challenge was designed to be implemented by individuals or groups and begins the week of August 5^th, 2013. An anniversary event is planned for October 1oth, 2013 that will feature local business leaders and is open to the public.

LifeScape is known in the community for its integrative healthcare approach, and each week of the challenge will focus on a different discipline or area of one’s overall health and wellness with easy to implement tips and hints for improving one’s health.  The ten week challenge was planned around LifeScape’s signature “Vitality Prescription” and includes attainable topics that affect everyone’s health and wellness such as breathing, eating, sleeping, gratitude, laughter and overall transformative health.  LifeScape plans to use their Facebook profile as the activity hub for the ten week challenge; with weekly content, daily tips and an archive so that the content can be accessed and used by the public in general.

The ten weeks culminate with an anniversary celebration on “10/10” with planned attendees including Scottsdale Mayor Jim Lane, local business leaders, community members and more.  There will be light refreshments, information, raffles and health and wellness giveaways.  The event is open to LifeScape’s patients as well as the public.
