Kites And Lightning: Stardog Champion ex Breaking Benjamin / Lifer Opener

LONG BRANCH, N.J. - Aug. 5, 2013 - PRLog -- Long Branch, NJ (8-5-2013) – Rockin’ Entertainment is excited to announce Kites And Lightning at The Brighton Bar this Friday night, August 9, opening for ex-Breaking Benjamin / Lifer members, Stardog Champion.

Stardog Champion came to be in 2011 after Breaking Benjamin, known for hits Diary of Jane and Breath, split up due to an internal dispute.  Ex-Breaking Benjamin members Aaron Fink (guitar) and Mark James (bass) joined forces with Lifer’s Nick Coyle (frontman) and drummer Josh Karis.  Currently, the band is touring in support of their recently released EP Exhale.

Fact:  For anyone who might be confused and left wondering, yes, both bands have their own Mark James.  And no, they are not the same Mark James.  Mark from Stardog Champion is Mark James Klepaski and Mark from Kites And Lightning is Mark Kristian James.  Both apparently use the name Mark James and while both men are from the same state and around the same time, they are two different people.  At the time this article was written it is unclear if both Mark’s are aware the other even exists.
