He immigrated to the United States at age 9 with his parents Nelson & Miledys Del Villar. At age 15, he graduated from Perth Amboy High School in Perth Amboy, NJ. where he received numerous awards and citations for his citizenship, scholarship and athletic ability. He was an officer in the ROTC (Reserve Officer Training Corp) program while in high school where he also received the most distinguished awards. From an early age, Bismark demonstrated high aptitude in science and aviation. He has won national science competitions and graduated as a Chief Warrant Officer from the Distinguished United States Army's Flight Training Program at Fort Rucker, AL. an accomplishment reserved for the best pilots in the world. Post military service, Bismark has distinguished himself in the areas of Leadership & management development, has developed numerous professional, personal and career development programs and is a highly sought after speaker world wide as one of the few bi-lingual speakers on the platform today. His lectures are heard by thousands each year including entrepreneurs, Managers, aspiring speakers, C.E.O.s, and many others. Bismark has been recognized as an international speaking champion by Toastmasters International in his area and currently serves as that organization's Area 14 Governor. Bismark believes in giving back to his local and international community, and to that end, he has sat on the board of impacting community development programs such as Big Brothers & Big Sisters of America, and the Philadelphia Parkway Program. He is Trustee & President of New Jersey Community Initiative (NJCI), Treasurer for the Hispanic Political Action Committee, and founder of the Jersey City Gavel Program, a youth leadership development initiative in Jersey City, NJ. He is also the President of his Toastmasters chapter at New Jersey City University.
