In addition, the module is embedded in HRsoft’s TalentCenter so results can easily be viewed in the context of other talent management data.Employers use Multisource Feedback (MSF) Assessments, to gain insight from colleagues, subordinates and leaders about an employee’s performance and behavior.  

Using MSF Assessments can increased employee satisfaction and engagement and lower turnover.  The Multisource Feedback module is designed to let employers conduct 360 degree reviews to gather in-depth performance information from across the organization from different “Raters.”  The questions presented and used in 360 Reviews are easily configured by an employer.  

Feedback may be sought regarding behavioral competencies and job-specific skills.   Questions included in the MSF Assessment may be linked to strategic goals established in the Performance and Development Management system.   And results may be aggregated within the system so responses are easy to view and relevant.  

A common use of an MSF Assessment is when a manager asks for a 360 Review to inquire about the associate’s accomplishments while working with another manager or a peer.
