OAF, 2020 Change Announce Collaborated Gang Culture Series

OAF is partnering with 2020 Change on an exciting new series hosted by OAF’s Ashley Allen and 2020 founder Duro Ayo, it was announced today by OAF Media.
 
ILKESTON, U.K. - Aug. 2, 2013 - PRLog -- Titled “Why I Joined a Gang”, the OAF x 2020 Change series will investigate the reasons a diverse mix of people from around the United Kingdom got involved with gangs and gang culture, both past and present. The first story of the series is written by 2020′s founder Duro and will be featured in the launch issue of OAF Magazine – which is set to be published September 1 2013. OAF x 2020 are inviting people involved in gangs to get in touch by emailing news [at] thisisoaf.co.uk.OAF is a leading youth media company operating in the United Kingdom, and includes thisisoaf.com, the UK’s leading online destination; a network of digital channels including; a print magazine; a record label; a video production suite; an in-house media and PR agency; and a design agency. CHANGE is an initiative that slowly developed whilst the film, ‘247365 CHANGE’, was still in the production stages.

It is hoped that it will be a platform for people to reach out to ex-gang members, ex-offenders and those who have or are likely to be influenced by gang culture.
