Ryden banks another investment deal

Aug. 2, 2013 - PRLog -- On behalf of a private client, Ryden has sold the heritable interest in 122 Quarry Street, Hamilton to a private investor for £500,000 reflecting a net initial yield of 16.22%.

The 441 sq m (4,861 sq ft) Grade B listed retail unit extends over three floors and is situated in a very prominent position at the western end of Quarry Street with frontage onto Chapel Street.  It is let to Santander UK plc on a 25 year lease, expiring October 2016, at a current rent of £85,000 per annum.  Nearby occupiers include Specsavers, Vodafone and Henderson the Jewellers.
