Kelly Hager Group Real Estate Services Continues to Deliver Better Results than Local Competition

LOUIS, MO)—Chesterfield-based Kelly Hager Group Real Estate Services has just announced its second quarter sales figures, boasting numbers 100 percent higher than many other agents in the St. Louis and St. Charles County areas. These statistics show signs of an improving real estate market and, if keeping with the trend, project a successful 2013 for the housing sector.

Statistically, in just the first half of 2013 Kelly Hager Group Real Estate Services closed 79 percent more contracts compared to St. Louis Association of Realtors®. Kelly Hager Group selling agents also experienced an increase of 29 percent more listings sold compared to other agents.

Sellers for the team are also out-producing the numbers posted by the St. Louis Association of Realtors®, writing 119 percent more contracts and securing an additional 26 percent of the listings.
