Board of Director Graduates from LILI Program

SAN DIEGO - Aug. 1, 2013 - PRLog -- SAN DIEGO, Calif., August 1, 2013 – Nicole Rex, President Elect of the NAIFA San Diego Chapter, recently graduated from the NAIFA Leadership in Life Institute (LILI). LILI is a six-month leadership development program devoted to advancing ones personal growth and professional success.

The LILI curriculum is based on the leadership writings of Stephen Covey, John Maxwell, Jim Collins, and Kouzes & Posner. The course is broken down into six sessions: identifying one’s self, mastering one’s self, developing one’s self, developing leaders around you, empowering others through mentoring, and the commencing and transitioning phase. Graduates consistently report that LILI gives them the tools to succeed and 70% report a measurable increase in the growth of their business since graduating.
