Springdale, AR, August 2013 – LA Marketing are currently looking to hire a brand new Head of Recruitment, reporting directly to the Managing Director, Robert Parks at their Springdale, Arkansas headquarters.

An announcement from the company has said the search has coincided with the launch of a major online recruitment drive for entry level marketing and advertising agents to work at the Springdale branch.

“If we fill the position with the right person it will directly improve overall performance on all of our current campaigns,” commented Parks.

“We have large plans to expand this year and our Head of Recruitment plays an integral role in aiding these efforts, we are searching for someone who has previous experience in the recruitment field and is extremely personable,” added Parks.

The position involves:
* Personally Assisting the Managing Director,
* Daily Recruitment Calls,
* Administration & Filing,
* Acting as Liaison with Suppliers / Bookkeepers and Accountants,
* Basic Secretarial Services and
* Answering Incoming Calls.
