American Profit Recovery Wins Community Stewardship Award From The Professional Landcare Network

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. - July 31, 2013 - PRLog -- Collection agency American Profit Recovery (http://www.americanprofit.net/) is honored to receive the Community Stewardship Award in the Supplier category, awarded by The Professional Landcare Network (PLANET), an organization dedicated to advocating for companies in the landscaping and lawn care industry.

The award recognizes PLANET member companies that demonstrate leadership through dedicated service to local communities. American Profit Recovery, along with dedicating hours of service to the PLANET Day of Service, is being recognized for the many other charitable programs they run including their Adopt a Family program, involvement in Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, Summer Charities of Choice initiative and many others.

For this achievement, American Profit Recovery was featured in the June 2013 issue of Landscape Management magazine. And recently, the collection agency was awarded recognition at PLANET’s Renewal & Remembrance and Legislative Day banquet in Virginia on July 22.

APR is also proud to receive the award as a dedicated participant of PLANET’s Day of Service, which falls on Earth Day each year. This past April, the collection agency spent the Fifth Annual PLANET Day of Service at Proud Lake Recreation Area in Commerce Township, MI, building boardwalk railings, constructing picnic tables, and painting an old building, capping off over 400 volunteer hours over the past two years.

American Profit Recovery has spearheaded other projects over the past five years including cleaning up recreation areas, the grounds of local charities and other public parks all in an effort to be part of PLANET’s Day of Service and show their support for member companies. They have also donated thousands of dollars to help sponsor the initiative nationwide.
