HOLLYWOOD, Calif. - July 30, 2013 - PRLog -- The EOTM awards (Entrepreneurs On The Move) announced that celebrity songwriter Fawn has been nominated in 3 EOTM categories for Best Female Artist, Best Song and Best Music Video. The EOTM Awards will be held on August 4th 2013 at the Pacific Design Center 8687 Melrose Ave., West Hollywood CA., 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., with the star studded red carpet starting at 4:00 p.m.  Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased at http://www.eotmawards.com/#%21buy-tickets-now/c528

Besides her striking long, blond braids, Fawn is best known for her #6 Billboard hit song, ‘Wish U Love’ and philanthropic work with children and animals. The first single she ever released, as a young teenager raised a few million dollars for people affected by HIV/AIDS and was produced by BT (Brian Transeau). The song she wrote and performed was entitled ‘Oneday’. When asked about that time, Fawn says, “The reason I wanted to write songs and perform was to help people, so I had always told myself that my first song would be one to give back into the world.” She continued, “I had no idea it would help so many people, and I am so grateful for that. Thankfully, the world has evolved since that song was released, and there are no longer the extreme prejudices about HIV/AIDS that were being faced during that time.”

When asked about her Billboard chart topper, ‘Wish U Love,’ she stated, “The song is very close to my heart. I wrote it during a very difficult time about my first true love, 3 years after we had parted ways.” She said, “I find that most great songs come from life experience and the heart. As Beethoven once said, ‘into the heart it has sprung, into the heart it shall penetrate.’ – I think all of us have songs that remind us of a time in our lives, and I hope that ‘Wish U Love’ is that for some people.”

When asked about her 3 nominations, Fawn excitedly said, “I can’t believe it! Even getting 1 nomination would be an extreme honor, but 3? Wow! I feel blessed and I am so humbled and honored by the nominations! She continued, “To be recognized in a field where there are so many worthy and incredible talents, is mind blowing. Thank you for thinking of me and for supporting my music, it means the world to me!”
