Whether the situation involves a large diesel retailer or a small service station, Husky delivers the right product to make DEF dispensing as easy as possible. Husky engineers understand the nuances of handling DEF so their designs use 100 percent ISO recognized DEF compatible materials including Stainless Steel, polymers and O-ring material.  Husky DEF products are either UL listed or made with UL recognized components.

Stainless Steel DEF Nozzles

DEF can cause dispensing equipment to clog outside its optimum temperature range of 12-86 F. Husky engineers designed the only DEF nozzle in the industry with removable cartridge assemblies for components that come in contact with DEF. Simply change the affected modular part to keep DEF flowing when using de-ionized water doesn’t solve the problem. The Automatic Shut-off Stainless Steel DEF nozzle includes Husky’s unique Flo-Stop™ device that stops flow when the spout is above horizontal. It is available with three different spout options, including models with Spout Rings and Accufuel™ safety feature to prevent miss-fills.

Polymer DEF Nozzles

Husky’s polymer DEF nozzle delivers value with a durable Acetal body, stainless steel spout, and weighs just 1.5 pounds. It includes many safety features of Husky’s conventional nozzles including an Automatic Shut-off system, unique Flo-Stop™ device, and Husky’s patented Stream Shaper that prevents fluid splash-back. The polymer DEF nozzle meets UL guidelines mandating that the valve opens against the flow.

Stainless Steel DEF Safe-T-Breaks®

Minimizing problems from accidental drive-aways is important in DEF dispensing situations. Husky handles both high and low DEF hose installations with Stainless Steel versions of our industry-leading breakaway devices.
