Andreia mentioned that she was invited by a friend to accompany her to a gym and to train with her which help motivated her at a young age. Andreia made a decision to apply and focus her energy in the gym. She started weight training in 1992 and never looked back.
She started taking her training more serious in 2004 which encouraged her to focus more on weight training. Her approach to reach her fantastic athletic physique was to work her lower and upper body together. Andreia combined split training and implemented a great nutrition regimen to achieve her transformation which was revealed more in 2009.
Later on Andreia was introduced to Hypertrophy – specific training and fell in love with this type of training which allowed her to take her body to the next fitness level. Hypertrophy-

Nutrition is a very important factor in any athlete’
Andreia did not always have the body that she has today and was not proud of it either. Her lifestyle was not always unhealthy but it was not as consistent either to what she would eat on a daily basics. Her meals would consist of more carbohydrates including rice, bread, pasta and potatoes. When eating those types of food on a regular increased lack of energy and motivation for Andreia. She had to do something about it. She decided to set a goal at the beginning of 2012 to achieve her dream body. She accomplished that goal, proceeded and succeeded on to win 1st Place at the WBFF Championship August of 2012 in the Diva Fitness Model category.
Andreia goal this year is to retain her title of the World Champion WBFF competition on August 2013 in Las, Vegas.
