Kiley Law Group Obtains Settlement in Motorcycle Accident Wrongful Death Case

Circumstances of the Accident

At the time of the deadly accident, the operator of the motorcycle had been traveling at a high rate of speed, approximately 65 mph, which was more than double the posted speed limit for the residential area.  The operator had a learner’s permit rather than a motorcycle license and the motorcycle was not registered.

As a result of the force of the impact, both individuals on the motorcycle were ejected from the motorcycle.  The operator and passenger were transported to area hospitals from the accident scene for emergency medical treatment, but both succumbed to their fatal injuries.
