Earlier version had option to create categories and the category would show up at the bottom. What if the user wants a custom category listed at the bottom of the list to be on top as he uses them more than other? To enhance the user experience, they made the app more flexible by empowering the user with sort option so that the user can choose which category is on top. If the user no longer needs the category, they can completely the category in this new version.

In app functionality to give feedback or suggestions makes it easier for the users connect with the company. This helps Techgene’s intent to provide the best experience to its app users. New help section is also added in the app to help the user and educate them of the advanced options available in app. A detailed video is available in the help section to guide the users with the functionality.
