Follow on Google News | Carval sees continued momentum with 40 new contracts signed in the last 12 monthsExpansion results in office move and new Account Management function at Carval
By: PR Artistry During 2013 Carval moved its Sales, Support and Customer Training operation to prestigious new offices near Milton Keynes, to accommodate the company’s continuing expansion. Carval has also introduced a new formalised Account Management function with the appointment of Laura Buchanan. Laura, who brings a wealth of experience to the role, will help to ensure that customer service and support remains the focus at Carval, even while the company continues to grow rapidly. The new contracts signed within the last 12 months, a high majority of which were with new clients, covered the full range of Carval’s product line. National Housing Federation purchased the full suite of HR management, Payroll, T&A and Self-Service. Sunlight Services selected HR, Payroll and Self-Service, while BM Polyco have signed up for HR and Self-Service, with Payroll outsourced to Carval, but with full integration back to the HR system. Day Group and Bostik have both signed up for HR and Mollertech is to use Payroll and Self-Service. Carval recently announced a major upgrade to its flagship product HR Unity which was showcased at the HR Software Show held in London during June. This latest version provides new automated features and users’ short cuts throughout the product range and includes support for iPhone/iPad, with an Android version to follow later in the summer. John Ovington, Sales and Support Director at Carval Computing said; “Carval continues to go from strength to strength. I’m delighted to say that our turnover is up 30% on this time last year and the trend looks set to continue. Our single platform approach to providing fully integrated HR, Payroll and T&A seems to be resonating with the marketplace where many systems are bolted together due to the high number of mergers and acquisitions we have seen in recent years. Our new mobile app received great feedback from customers and potential customers alike when we showcased it for the first time at the HR Software Show, where we received record numbers of visitors to our stand.” -ends- Notes to Editors Founded in 1986, Carval is a leading provider of Human Resource Management and Payroll software.
