Overland Farmers Market Welcomes Jasha McQueen & DaddyMellow on Saturday July 27

ST. LOUIS - July 25, 2013 - PRLog -- The popular acoustic music duo Jasha McQueen & DaddyMellow will perform an upbeat blend of ballads, blues and original music in the festive atmosphere of The Overland Farmers Market on Saturday, July 27.

Admission to The Overland Farmers Market and the music show is free. The concert is from 10 a.m. to noon in the parking lot at 2512 Woodson Road in the city of Overland near Erickson Plaza.   Jasha McQueen & DaddyMellow cultivate good times and easy listening with musical stories of romance and lively new encounters.

“We encourage and support local growers and farmers, and we attract people of all ages who value the entertainment and variety of goods that we offer,” said Richard A. Kilzer,president of theOverland Farmers Market Board of Directors.

The Overland Farmers Market is a destination for people seeking locally grown vegetables, fresh fruit, grass-fed beef, bakery goods, arts, crafts, jewelry and other consumer products.  The Overland Farmers Market is open Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., weather permitting, and will continue operating this year until late October.

“Most of our vendors are local producers of fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, other foods and garden plants, in addition to people who offer arts and crafts and other goods for sale after being approved by our Management Committee,” Mr. Kilzer said.
