Owners Daniel and Bridgette Ward moved into this location last year with the promise of delivering top quality personal training programs and group classes for all ages and abilities.

Inward Fitness has successfully trumped the economic downturn with its notable fitness training initiatives, focus on corporate wellness, and attention to individualized coaching.
