The Real Estate Quarterback show will go against the grain of the often negative 24/7 media cycle, delivering a positive message and empowering listeners with the winning strategies of today's best experts from all related fields including Real Estate, Mortgage, Finance, Estate Planning, and Credit. It will also serve as a consumer advocate platform to enable listeners to take control of their financial future by requesting a free financial blueprint or other tools that will allow them to handle any situation they are confronted with. Brandon Rimes is from the town of La Belle, FL (just East of Fort Myers). He grew up working with his father in the property preservation business and learned the meaning of hard work! His father also coached his teams as he grew up playing Quarterback and actually won the state of FL in Pop Warner football twice and played in the Pop Warner Super bowl I in 1987. As Quarterback for La Belle High School, he led his team to a 13-0 season winning the Southern Region Championship but losing in the state finals to a team who still holds the state record for consecutive state championships with 5. Brandon was later named “Athlete of the Decade by the Fort Myers News-Press as mentioned in a 2011 feature series entitled, “Lost Legends of the Past” in which he was interviewed and featured in recognition of his and his team amazing year of beating NFL talented stacked teams like Edgerrin James from Immokallee, Anquan Boldin at Pahokee and Travis Henry of Frost Proof. Brandon went on to play defensive back on the Inaugural football team at the University of South Florida and later transferred to again play Quarterback at Ferrum College in VA, where he won team MVP. He eventually transferred back home where he graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Business management degree with an Entrepreneurship concentration. Brandon is also a graduate of a 10 day Masters level course: Anthony Robbin’s Business mastery Course, taught in Namale, Fiji.

Brandon took his football winning ways and leadership to his current position as a manager of his own branch Future Home Realty in Tampa. He is also a Certified Negotiation Expert, H.A.F.A. (Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives) certified agent and a licensed Account Executive with Security National Mortgage Company in Safety Harbor. Brandon recently received his Google authorship from Google, recognized for his expert content materials publish through his blog. He ranks in the top 5 % of all LinkedIn connected professionals and is in the top 1% of all Trulia agents. As a million dollar top producer in the Tampa Bay he specializes in working with sellers and is a guru at internet marketing and getting the maximum exposure for his listings. He was featured in Florida Realtor magazine (November/Dec. 2012 issue) recognized for his innovation & presence on Google & YouTube and general knowledge of SEO & internet marketing.
