July 24, 2013 - PRLog -- New York, NY, July 24, 2013 – Linium (www.linium.com) welcomes Rajesh Chopra as Vice President of its Strategic Services Practice.  Rajesh will work closely with finance, business, and technology leaders to help gain clear and actionable insights into today’s most pressing finance and performance management challenges by developing an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) strategy.  He will work alongside clients to understand their current performance challenges in the area of Strategic Planning, Metrics Design & Analysis, Consolidation & Reporting, and Organization Alignment, define goals and objectives, and create a plan to meet those objectives.

Prior to joining Linium, Rajesh has gained over 22 years of experience with visioning, strategy development and implementation of Performance Management, Finance Transformation, Shared Services Design, and Business Transformation solutions including Enterprise Resource Optimization and Enterprise Resource Planning for global corporations.

Rajesh possesses global consulting experience (Americas, EMEA, APJ, and Australia) with his fast track management career marked by demonstrated ability to build peak performing teams and achieve cross-functional business objectives.  He is a results driven and effectual leader with expertise envisioning and leading business and technology-based, multi-million dollar revenue and growth initiatives aligned to institution’s goals.

Rajesh holds a B.S. in Physics from the University of Delhi in India and received his MBA with a concentration in Finance from the American University.  Rajesh is PMP Certified and is a Certified Oracle ERP Consultant.
