Follow on Google News | New Research into the Use of Stories for Learning and Development Launched.Aurion Learning, a leading online learning and development provider, is launching a new research programme to gain insight into how organisations use and share stories.
By: Aurion Learning As part of the research programme, organisations are invited to take part in a short online survey to assess how stories are being used in their workplace. The aim of the research is to understand how stories can be used as part of the learning and development mix. The results will be published later in 2013 and also presented to delegates this year's Learning and Performance Institute’ Ciara Cunningham, Marketing Manager at Aurion Learning said: “Stories represent a considerable resource in organisations, however they are often overlooked. Our research will help to provide a clearer insight into how organisations are using stories, as well as determining what would encourage organisations to make better use of them.” She added: “The online survey will be part of a wider research initiative that we will be carrying out over the coming weeks.
