Burwell bookkeeper wins “Bookkeeper of the Year” title in IAB national awards ceremony

MAIDSTONE, U.K. - July 24, 2013 - PRLog -- Burwell bookkeeper Jenny Neale fought off contenders across the UK and scooped the title of “Bookkeeper of the Year” at the International Association of Book-keepers’ 40^th anniversary awards dinner, held in London in June 2013.

Jenny, who has been a professional bookkeeper for six years, studied for her IAB bookkeeping qualifications before launching her own business after the birth of her children, rapidly gaining an excellent reputation within the industry.

As a Fellow Member of the IAB, Jenny is also known as Clever Cloggs Training Bookkeeper of the Year in 2011 and was a finalist in the 2012 BKN Bookkeeping Awards.

Throughout the 40^th anniversary the IAB handed out a number of awards to various bookkeepers from around the world celebrating 40 years of bookkeeping. The award ceremony took place in London across a few days with conferences, a river cruise and a Gala Dinner for the awards ceremony.

In 40 years, 150,000 students have gained IAB qualifications, including 25,000 throughout Europe.
