Northshore Magazine Announces Eighth Annual “Best of North Shore” (BONS) Awards

ANDOVER, Mass. - July 24, 2013 - PRLog -- If you are in search of the best seafood market, the ultimate place to get pampered, or where to hangout with friends and family on the North Shore of Boston, the August 2013 issue of Northshore magazine (http://www.nshoremag.com) delivers. The eight annual issue, which recognizes the “Best of the North Shore” (BONS), celebrates the magazine’s editorial and reader picks for the North Shore’s best food, nightlife, entertainment venues, shopping, spas, and services. The businesses, individuals, and events are nominated by, and then voted on, by editors and readers of Northshore. While more than 200 winners are recognized as BONS 2013 winners, there are only two winners, one readers’ and one editors’ choice, per category.

Each year, the BONS issue showcases a comprehensive listing of the North Shore’s “best of the best” across five major categories and numerous sub-categories; ranging from casual dining and festivals, to services, such as catering or landscaping. Five new sub-categories were added this year: cookies, roast reef, training facility, auctioneer, and laser hair removal.

Who made this year’s list? Included in the 2013 picks for BONS Awards are:

- Beer Menu: Barking Dog Ale House (Haverhill)
- Brunch: 5 Corners Kitchen (Marblehead)
- Hair Salon, Women’s: Interlocks Salon & Day Spa (Newburyport)
- Bed & Breakfast: The Inn at Castle Hill (Ipswich)
- Laser Hair Removal: All Care Laser Center (North Andover)
- Yoga Studio: A Yoga Practice (Georgetown)
- Live Theatre Venue: North Shore Music Theatre (Beverly)
- Museum: Peabody Essex Museum (Salem)
- Seafood Market: Roy Moore Lobster Co. (Rockport)
- Family Hangout, Indoor: Imajine That (Lawrence)
