Personal Trainer Ferndale MI Explains 5 Steps To Better Health & Wellness

Personal Trainer Ferndale MI explains 5 easy steps to significantly improving health and wellness without joining a gym.

FERNDALE, Mich. - July 24, 2013 - PRLog -- Perfect Personal Trainer Aaron Dunn explains that good health means more than the absence of disease, and that if we're at risk, then we're not healthy.

5 STEPS TO BETTER HEALTH:

#1. Make your cardiovascular training a challenge - with your heart rate at an appropriate training zone.  For healthy adults, this usually means exercising at roughly 60-75% of your aerobic capacity, but past medical issues and current fitness may reflect different needs.  Either way, your cardio training should generally be a challenge.

#2. Consume high-water foods that are loaded in anti-oxidants. Kale, broccoli, guava, sweet potatoes, and beans are all excellent examples. These anti-oxidants will keep the body much healthier than more common foods to the American diet.

#3. Stretch your muscles daily. This releases toxins and promotes more loose joints and muscle tissue. It'll even improve heart health and circulation.

#4. Make your strength training program target every major muscle at least once per week. While more is recommended, this should be a bare minimum for strong bones and reducing risk of injury in your daily activities.

#5. Make your cardiovascular conditioning take place nearly every day, for at least a half-hour. Without this frequency and amount of time, you're unlikely to create a healthy cardiorespiratory system for the long-term.
