Alpizar Law, LLC Hires New Attorney – Andrew Pickett

PALM BAY, Fla. - July 23, 2013 - PRLog -- Alpizar Law, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Attorney Andrew Pickett to the firm. Andrew joins Alpizar Law, LLC after working as a prosecutor at the State Attorney’s Office for the last four years and was awarded the 18^th Circuit State Attorney’s Office Pride in Excellence Attorney of the Year Award in 2011. He is the current President of the Brevard County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division and was elected in 2012 to serve on the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors for the 18^th Judicial Circuit. Andrew is an active member of the Vassar B. Carlton American Inn of Court. The firm is proud to have such an accomplished young lawyer join their team. Andrew is a graduate of Satellite High School and continues with his active involvement in our local community. He serves as an Adjunct Instructor at the Law Enforcement Academy at Brevard Community College, now known as Eastern Florida State College and serves on the board of directors for the Friends of the Children’s Advocacy Center of Brevard and the Space Coast Tiger Bay Club. He is a volunteer teacher for Florida Supreme Court’s Justice Teaching program and is a volunteer Judge for Brevard County State Attorney’s Office Teen Court program.
