Doss Audiology & Hearing Center joins Schertz Parkway Professional Plaza

SCHERTZ, Texas - July 23, 2013 - PRLog -- San Antonio-based real estate developer SPV Ventures, LLCs announced

today the addition of Doss Audiology & Hearing Center as the newest tenant to its medical office

project, Schertz Parkway Professional Plaza. The project, consisting of five buildings totaling 34,950

square feet, began construction on February 12, 2009, and is located at 5000 Schertz Parkway in Schertz,

Texas near the intersection of Schertz Parkway and IH-35.

Doss Audiology & Hearing Center, and its founder, Dr. Phallon Doss, will offer patients a wide range of

hearing tests and diagnostic evaluations, including Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) testing for

Infants, a hearing test that measures the brain’s response to sounds, as well as screening for Auditory

Processing Disorders (APD).

Dr. Doss also offers advanced hearing solutions in her clinic, including digital hearing aids, custom

hearing protection, and custom personal listening molds. All of the testing at Doss Audiology and

Hearing Center is performed by a licensed and nationally certified Doctor of Audiology.

Doss Audiology will occupy Suite 300, comprised of approximately 1,890 SF, and be located immediately

adjacent to Northeast Children’s Dentistry.

Immediately after signing the lease for their new location, Dr. Doss said, “We are excited to join the

other excellent roster of tenants in Schertz Parkway Professional Plaza. Like the other medical

professionals in the project, we look forward to providing our services to the Schertz/Cibolo area.”
