Cigniti Appoints Mahendra Alladi as Chief Technology Officer and Expands Management Team

HYDERABAD, India - July 23, 2013 - PRLog -- Cigniti Technologies, the world's 3^rd Largest Independent Software Testing Services Company, has expanded its management team by appointing Mahendra Alladi as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Mahendra is a visionary technologist in the Software QA and ALM space. He has more than 15 years of rich experience spanning testing, software product development and test solution engineering. Prior to Gallop, Mahendra worked with world class companies like Travelocity and i2 Technologies. Mahendra is a gold medallist in Engineering and an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore from where he graduated with an MS in Computer Science.

At Cigniti, he will focus on driving IP led testing services by building tools, frameworks and utilities that accelerate software test life cycle. He will also work closely with clients to create unique test solutions using Cigniti's IP and by leveraging existing commercial and open source software.

Mahendra served as the Vice President - Technology at Gallop Solutions, a company he co-founded. Gallop was recently acquired by Cigniti. At Gallop, Mahendra spearheaded the design and development of WinQuick, RoboQuick and several other accelerators in the ALM space. WinQuick and RoboQuick are one of their kind test migration accelerators in the ALM space used by global enterprises to modernize their test automation assets. Mahendra was instrumental in positioning Gallop as a thought leader in the IP driven software testing services and ALM solutions space.
