Qwana M. “BabyGirl” Reynolds-Frasier is a 37-year-old Native New Yorker currently residing in Bergen County NJ. She graduated from City College in Harlem with a Bachelors degree of Psychology. Qwana is currently working as a Case Manager for a Non Profit Organization in New York City; She works in a Juvenile Detention Center for Boys. She has worked in the Social Service field for over 16 years where she has worked with families from all cultural, ethnic, and socio-economic backgrounds.
