Watkins Research Group Ranks Cresa #1 in Client Advocacy

 
RUTHERFORD, N.J. - July 22, 2013 - PRLog -- Rutherford, NJ, July 22nd 2013 – Cresa, North America’s leading tenant representation firm, was ranked first in client advocacy among 23 firms evaluated, according to the Watkins Research Group in their bi-annual survey of commercial real estate firms.  More than 200 senior corporate real estate executives responded to the survey, which measured perception, brand awareness, service delivery models, and customer satisfaction.

“The Watkins Survey is an essential tool to help ensure that our clients are completely satisfied,” said Tom Giannone, Managing Principal of Cresa’s NJ – North/Central office. “The fact that Cresa scored so highly is a testament to the company-wide quality of our services.”

One of the key metrics reported is the Client Advocate Score (CAS), which is an indication of whether or not a company’s clients are advocating usage of the company to their peers. It is determined by measuring how many more clients are likely to recommend (advocates) than not recommend (detractors). In this key metric, Cresa was ranked #1 with a score of 75.4.  The next most highly ranked commercial real estate firm received a score of 27.6, and only three firms achieved a positive score.  

In addition to achieving the top ranking in Client Advocacy, Cresa also achieved the following:

·         When rated on whether or not the service provider “adds to the bottom line” and “has a strong client orientation” Cresa beat all 22 competitors

·         When rated on ten key criteria that are important to clients, Cresa ranked second

·         In these ten key criteria, Cresa was rated first or second in 7 of the 10 factors

·         Cresa was voted among the Top 5 best commercial real estate firms in the industry
