ChildFree Lovers A New Social Network For Childfree People

DENVER - July 19, 2013 - PRLog -- Winning Web Designers is a sole proprietor web design business with Vern Southern as the "Freelance Web Design Consultant".   I am proud making this press release announcing a personal project close to my heart.

Childfree Lovers (http://www.childfreelovers.com) is a social network for people who have chosen to take on the responsible and difficult choice to remain childfree.  Similar to Facebook in look and feel it has one gigantic difference, no other subjects are allowed.

Everything about Childfree Lovers is "Pro-Childfree". Childfree Friendship, Childfree Dating, Childfree Members, Childfree Blogs, Childfree Groups, Childfree Links, Childfree Chat, Childfree Video, Childfree Forum, Childfree Events.

In the past I have tried to start Facebook groups and childfree forums on websites only to have them inundated with people of the opposite opinion.  It would seem that there are a large number of people who find the subject of being childfree a threat. Why I do not know.

Childfree Lovers will be a monitored website with the following splash screen before a person can enter the website;

"By entering this web site you are stating you are 18 years of age or older. No one under the age of 18 is allowed on this website. This is a web site for the child free community. If you do not agree with this rational, modern, and well-informed outlook, please go elsewhere. This is not a discussion about whether people should or should not be child free. Our members all agree that this is the best lifestyle for us and other opinions are not welcome. Are you sure you want to enter this website?"

With the world population surpassing seven billion humans I would think the idea of have people willing to commit to not having children would be seen as educated, rational, modern and well informed choice.

The bias I have been subjected to would seem to defy all logic.  My wife and I have been called selfish, unchristian, radical, antisocial, child haters, anti-child, antifamily and a wide assortment of names that good taste prevents me from posting them in public.  In reality we are American Christians who seek to be happy and free.

It is my sincerest hope to provide a place on the internet where childfree people can interact on a social level without harassment.  A safe and friendly place to freely exchange ideas and express our feelings, hopes and dreams.
