InterTest, Inc of Columbia, NJ Announces Recertification of the ISO 9001:2008 Standard

PARK RIDGE, N.J. - July 19, 2013 - PRLog -- InterTest, Inc. proudly announces their recertification of the standard ISO 9001:2008 on July 16, 2013.  The British Standards Institution, BSI®, deemed InterTest, Inc.’s Quality Management System to be in compliance with the International Organization for Standardization’s (ISO) 9001:2008 certification.

The ISO 9001:2008 abstract states:

• ISO 9001:2008 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization

• Needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and

• Aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements (www.iso.org).
