By: Hollywood Press Chics The Song was recorded in Kingston Jamaica in notorious Judgement Yard and mixed/mastered at the Tuff Gong Studio earlier this year. Orisha Sound based in Los Angeles and Kingston - was back in jamaica at the end of february to shoot a video for Embrace it - a day before the video shoot - the team was attacked in Half Way Tree area of Kingston - set up robbery - and song's producer Shel-K was shot - the shot went in the right abdomen area. He went through 8 hour surgery and was conducting the video shoot from Kingston Public Hospital bed a day later. Orisha Sound managed to protect herself and was untouched. You can see Shel-K in a video holding jamaican flag- this was a week after the shoot and a day he got out of the hospital. Collaboration is getting lots of talks and controversy. Sizzla Kalonji is a president of the rastapharioans and jamaican dancehall/reggae legend - Orisha Sound - young international popstar who plays 16 instruments and brakes all the boundaries of what artist can be. The song Embrace It is number one on two Top charts in Jamaica and the Caribbean (Hype TV and CVM TV Hit-list) and getting lots of Radio play in the islands, Canada, Africa and Europe. The song is a part of 15 track album CUPID by Orisha Sound which was just released July 9 by RBC Records (Snoop Dogg, Game, Ice Cube). The album was produced by Orisha, multi platinum billboard producer Andrew Lane (Keith Sweat, Miley Cyrus, Tony Braxton) and Shel-K (Gyptian, Beenie Man). Orisha Sound, managed by Shel-K Recordz/Springwata Production and Black and Yellow Entertainment and teamed up with Big M Entertainment to create three additional videos for the album - two were shot in Los Angeles - for Beautiful Sin reggae version and Make Me Moan - sultry urban song and one shot by Winston Price in Kingston for Sunshine Lady - reggae hit duet with reggae artist Wayne Daniel. At age four, while other girls were focused onplaying with dolls, Orisha Sound was practicing the violin, piano and singing, preparing for her destiny. At nine years old, she was a child-prodigy virtuoso, touring in Europe and the United States.
