Sunera Announces New Director for Chicago Office and Special ACL Training

CHICAGO - July 18, 2013 - PRLog -- TAMPA, FL – Sunera LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Christopher Denver, MBA, CPA, to the new office in Chicago, Illinois. Chris has joined the firm as a Director and will grow the Chicago office’s portfolio of services.  The expansion of our Chicago location allows Sunera to better serve its clients in the Northern Midwest region of the United States. With offices across North America, Sunera is a leading provider of business and technology risk management, with a team of renowned consultants dedicated to helping our clients achieve and sustain cost-effective corporate governance.

With over 20 years experience in consulting and industry, Chris has served companies of all sizes across a broad spectrum of industries, with particular focus in food service, life sciences, manufacturing and financial services. He has over seven years of consulting experience, focusing primarily on Internal Audit, IT Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Financial Advisory and CFO Services.

Prior to joining Sunera, Chris was with a regional consulting firm focusing on Private Equity, Acquisition and Transaction Support, US GAAP/IFRS, Business Process Improvement and Finance and Accounting Assistance. Chris will utilize his experience and expertise to expand Sunera’s Internal Audit and Financial Advisory offerings across the Northern Midwest.

Chris is a graduate of The University of Notre Dame, where he received his Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting. He earned his MBA in Finance and Econometrics & Statistics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Chris is a Certified Public Accountant.

As a one-time event, Sunera will be holding an ACL Bootcamp at a special rate of $500 per person to celebrate our new office in Chicago.
