Alumasc’s INCA Awards Shortlist Success

LIVERPOOL, U.K. - July 18, 2013 - PRLog -- As members of INCA (Insulated Cladding and Render Association) Alumasc are long-time supporters of the awards, which aim to recognise outstanding Facades projects that provide energy efficient solutions in both refurbishment and new build applications. Successful entries are judged on thermal performance, technical difficulty, workmanship and design/aesthetics and the winners will be announced at the INCA Awards Dinner in October 2013.

The shortlisted projects, four of which were submitted by Alumasc and one by their Approved Contractor Joyner PA Cymru Ltd, showcase Alumasc’s External Wall Insulation (EWI) systems across a number of categories, namely Domestic Refurbishment, Domestic New Build and Non-Residential New Build.

Alumasc’s shortlisted projects include both High Rise and Low Rise applications and feature two of their market leading EWI systems. Swisslab is a BBA Approved and fully warranted system offering a life expectancy in excess of 30 years.

It is weather resistant yet vapour permeable and can be faced with Alumasc’s Polymer modified renders for a traditional appearance, Silicone or Mineral renders for a more contemporary look and/or Traditional or Acrylic Brick Slips.

Swisrail is a thin coat insulated render system specifically designed for use on framed buildings subject to NHBC approval.
