Walk-in interviews for Performance Testing & Automation Testing

The positions, eligibility criteria and job descriptions are listed below:

Test Automation Leads / Automation Architects (Any Test Automation Tool)

Positions: 10

      Candidates should have 7+ years of experience in testing and hands-on experience with QTP / Selenium / Test Complete with the ability to define metrics and depict value addition by using automation. Candidates should be able to lead a team of 3-4 automation engineers. Prior development experience and knowledge of other automation tools would be a plus. Candidates possessing Valid Business Visa will have an added advantage.  

Performance Test Leads / Performance Testing Architects (Load Runner/JMeter / NeoLoad)

Positions: 10

      Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience in Performance testing over any one of the following tools- LoadRunner / JMeter /Silk Performer. Candidates should be good at Performance Tuning/ Analysis / Monitoring/ Engineering and should be able to lead a team of 3-4 Performance testing team. Candidates possessing Valid Business Visa will have added advantage

Automation Testing Experts (QTP/Test Complete /Selenium)

Positions: 8

       Candidates should have 2- 5 years of experience in testing and Around 2 years of solid Test Automation experience with QTP/ Selenium/ Test Complete. Candidates should have experience of writing Test Automation Scripts and should have a logical bent of mind.

Performance Testing Experts (LoadRunner /JMeter / Silk Performer)

Positions: 8

Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in Performance testing over any one of the following tools- LoadRunner / JMeter / Silk Performer. Candidates should be good at Performance Analysis / Monitoring/ Tuning and engineering.

Note: The positions require excellent communication and presentation skills. Candidates are expected to have a problem solving aptitude and should be well versed in defining/implementing different testing processes.
