HUANGPU, China - July 18, 2013 - PRLog -- (CRI-report) - As a new way of asset-liability management, credit assets securitization takes into account the supply of bank fund and the demand of bank credit structure adjustment and realizes the diversification of assets forms without increasing debts, which is conducive to business mode transition.

Assets securitization has gradually entered the stage of rapid growth since 2011. China Securities Regulatory Commission restarted the approval of enterprise assets securitization project in 2011 and officially promulgated Regulations on Securities Companies' Assets Securitization Business Management in 2013, marking the normalization of assets securitization. In May 2012, the People's Bank of China and China Banking Regulatory Commission jointly released Notice on Related Issues of Further Expanding Credit Assets Securitization Pilot and restarted credit assets securitization. As of the end of June 2013, a total of five assets securitization products regulated by China Securities Regulatory Commission were successively released, raising CNY 8.24 billion funds. Six business products of credit assets securitization were also approved, raising a total of CNY 22.86 billion.

According to "Research Report on China's Asset Securitization, 2013-2017 (http://www.cri-report.com/securities/14521-research-repor...)", by the end of 2012, China's stock scale of credit assets securitization was CNY 26.379 billion, accounting for only 0.02% of the total bank assets, 0.10% of the total bond stock and 0.05% of the national GDP during the corresponding period. Compared with the U.S., China's credit assets securitization issue size is small. On the assumption that credit assets securitization develops normally, its future stock will reach over CNY 1 trillion, accounting for 1% of the total bank assets.

As of June 30, 73 brokers underwrote a total of CNY 748.558 billion in 2013, which was 10.78% down compared with CNY 838.966 billion in the first half of 2012. Therefore, in the case of suspended IPO, brokers urgently need to find other business opportunities in addition to first issuance and additional issuance of stock, issuance of bonds and convertible bonds, and assets securitization business may be such an opportunity for them.
