Innovision Global Announces CEU Credits for Online or In Person Advanced Communication Training

PRLog - Jul. 17, 2013 - SANTA FE, N.M. -- Communication is the key to any relationship, whether we are coaching, mentoring, or leading others. With that in mind, Innovision Global has created a dynamic, engaging, advanced communication training to assist people in creating the opportunity and environment for effective, effortless and natural communication to occur. This program is approved by the National Association of Social Workers, the National Board for Certified Counselors and International Coaching Federation for 16 continuing education contact hours, with other continuing education credits under review.

“The course is designed to increase your level of competency in your communication skills so that you and those you work with will find a more deeper and meaningful relationship that is grounded in mutual respect and understanding,” says Axel Meierhoefer, CEO of Innovision Global.

The course outline includes topics like effective communication, creating compelling communications with clients, creating a successful communication climate, setting boundaries, and using different models to improve communication. The course is delivered by professional facilitators, either as an online class, or in person to groups of 10-12 participants. It can be conducted online in 2, 4 or 8 days, or in person in 2 days.

“I went into the training thinking, ‘How am I going to be able to stay engaged?’ Harry and Axel surprised me with their interactive way of training that kept me focused and interested! Great skill building by practicing and getting feedback from the others in the training as well as from the trainers. I would recommend this to anyone in the coaching, counseling or management field.” Wendy Averett, L.P.C., Redmond, WA

“I have been struggling with finding my coaching voice, but after this training feel more comfortable with my coaching style. The activities during the training and the manual offered are invaluable in my coaching practice.” Gini Cormier, L.S.W., Lancaster, PA

“Through the courses I have taken, I have been able to learn more about communication and leadership. I am using the information learned to look at and address my communication skills and leadership style. Thank you.” Mark, L.P.C., Grand Rapids, MI

“This was a great program! The modules on leadership and communications styles play directly into management coaching and certainly has helped prepare me in coaching managers and supervisors.”  Bruce Munch, L.P.C., C.E.A.P., San Antonio, TX
